"Your Anxiety Support Network, Empowering Each Other on the Path to Wellness".

 

Hi everyone!

I'm excited to launch the Anxiety Harmony Circle, a space I envisioned for all of us who experience anxiety. This journey of learning to manage anxiety can feel isolating, so I wanted to create a supportive community filled with care and empathy.

My intention for this group is to:

​

  • Share with open hearts: Here, we can openly discuss our experiences with anxiety, big or small. We can listen without judgment and with understanding and comprehension to what anxiety is like at any level. 

​

  • Build each other up: This is a place to receive encouragement and support from others who truly "get it."

​

  • Explore tools and strategies: Together, we can learn about different techniques and resources for managing anxiety and building resilience.

​

  • Empower each other: By sharing our experiences, we can all discover new ways to manage anxiety and take control of our mental well-being.

​

Honest perspective:
​

From me a mind coach who went through three years of PTSD. With access to my "Anxiety Mindset Diaries" audiobook and more exclusive dialogue regarding my journey through many moments of heightened anxiety during that time.

​

This group is for you if:

​

  • You're ready to gain control over your anxiety and feel healthier and happier.

​

  • You're seeking a supportive community that understands your struggles.

​

  • You're interested in exploring different coping mechanisms.

​

  • You want to feel empowered on your journey to mental well-being.

​

  • You believe in the power of connection and sharing experiences.

​

  • You are ready to feel a helping hand lift you.

​

This is a safe space for anyone experiencing anxiety who wants to gain control, build understanding, and feel healthier and happier. We share a common journey of navigating anxiety, and here you'll find a supportive community filled with care and empathy.

We're all on this journey together. None of us have to face this alone.

Feel free to share openly, ask questions, and offer your own insights. Together, we can create something truly impactful!

This is a safe space for individuals experiencing anxiety to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. We value open and honest communication, built on a foundation of respect and empathy.

To ensure a positive and supportive environment for all members, we kindly ask you to:

​

  • Be respectful: Treat everyone with kindness and consideration. Avoid personal attacks, name-calling, or discriminatory language.

​

  • Focus on supporting others: Offer words of encouragement and understanding. Share your experiences to help others feel less alone.

​

  • Maintain confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing personal details they haven't disclosed publicly.​

​

  • Stay on topic: Discussions should focus on anxiety-related topics and the strategies for managing it.

​

  • Be mindful of your language: Avoid using offensive or triggering language.

​

  • Limit self-promotion: This is a community, not a platform for self-promotion.

​

Profile Pictures:

​

You are welcome to add a profile picture to personalize your experience. This can help create a sense of community and familiarity. However, profile pictures should be appropriate for all audiences.

​

Content Restrictions:

​

To maintain a safe and focused space, we kindly ask you to refrain from:

​

  • Posting photos, videos, or links.

​

  • Sharing or communicating graphic content or content that may be triggering to others.

​

  • Promoting or advertising products or services (unless approved by management or approved by the moderators).

​

Moderation:

​

The moderators reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or disrupts the positive and supportive environment of the community.
